What is Electro Fitness [E-Fit]?

E-Fit is weight training while stimulating your body with electrodes. The electrical stimulation forces your muscles to contract for a longer period and forces you to use more muscles simultaneously. The longer contraction allows you to build more muscle endurance and causes your muscles to exhaust faster. The E-Fit device allows you to put strain on your body without causing as much shock on it. This reduces the impact on your body and reduces your risk of injury. While doing the exercises you will not have to use as much weight as normal due to the longer periods of muscle contraction.
